Alison has directed a number of industry first career and ageing workforce projects, including the Federal Government Corporate Champions programme, the NSW Government Mature Workforce Retention Project and the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games career transition. Alison is a passionate and insightful career, ageing workforce and gender equality, conference chair, presenter and awards judge. Alison was a founding director of Sageco in 2004 and was appointed as a director to the HREXL board in 2013.
